You will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges, in the same form of payment used to place your order. After 10 days, store credit will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse returns after 30 days of purchase. Please note that seashells are delicate and do break occasionally. After 10 days we do not take responsibility for damage due to normal wear of jewelry- for example wearing jewelry in the ocean or shower may damage the natural materials we use. Please be aware that 14k gold fill material can tarnish, especially in tropical climates like Hawaii, resulting in an antique effect. As a courtesy, a polishing cloth is included with all orders to counteract this natural effect and maintain the original shine. Replacement earrings are billed at full cost of set.
